MADISON, WI (WSAU) — The Wisconsin Badgers gave Maryland their first loss of the season with a 64-59 decision on Tuesday night at the Kohl Center.
The Badgers won despite not making a basket over the last 4:03 of the game and only hitting 15-25 free throws in ther 2nd half.
Chucky Hepburn led Wisconsin with 13 points and Steven Crowl added 12. The balanced attack also had Tyler Wahl with 9, Conner Essegian & Jordan Davis with 8 and Max Klesmit & Carter Gilmore with 7 each.
Wisconsin, now 7-2, will play at Iowa on Sunday.
