WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) – As runners from all over the country get ready to lace up their shoes and conquer the 2023 Wausau Marathon, the hype has been rising.
The Wausau Police Department will close nine separate roads for the marathon, set for Saturday, August 19, at 7 a.m. at the 400 Block.
Some of the roads that will be closed will include N 3rd St., between Jefferson St. and Scott St.; N 4th St., between Washington St. and Scott St.; and Jefferson St., between N 3rd St. and N 4th St.
