SCHOFIELD, WI (WSAU-WAOW) — The Greenheck Group has released the name of a long-time employee who died following a workplace accident.
WAOW TV reports that Frank Lotharuis, a team member there for over 35 years, died after being injured at the Schofield campus on Monday, July 10th. Officials say they immediately activated their internal medical response team before transporting him to a local hospital.
“This is heartbreaking for our entire team of 5,300 team members,” said Rich Totzke, Greenheck Group Chief Executive Officer. “Our thoughts and prayers are with Frank’s family, loved ones and teammates during this very difficult time.”
OSHA is investigating the incident. Greenheck will make counselors available to assist and support their team members as needed.
