TOWN OF BRADLEY, WI (WSAU) — A Phillips woman has been accused of her 4th OWI after she was stopped for speeding on US Highway 51 in Lincoln County on Wednesday.
According to a news release from the Wisconsin State Patrol, Amy Ossmann was stopped near the Crass Road intersection in the Town of Bradley. The trooper immediately smelled intoxicants and put the 46-year-old through a series of field sobriety tests.
Ossmann was arrested and is being held on a detain order by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
Court action against her is pending.
