GREEN BAY, Wi (WSAU)– The Green Bay Packers have extended the contract of injured wide receiver Christian Watson for one additional season.
Watson, who has been out with a torn ACL, was set to become a free agent after this season. He and the team agreed to a one-year, $13.5 million extension that would move his free agent season to 2027.
Watson is on the PUP list this season. The earliest he could play would be Oct 12th.
