WESTON, WI (WSAU) — The Whoppers are on pause at the corner of Grand and Jelinek in Weston.
Crews started demolishing the Burger King building at that intersection this week, making way for a modern restaurant.
The location will feature a larger drive-thru and updated play area. Construction is expected to last through the summer, with a grand re-opening expected in September.
Until then, you’re left with just one option for a Whopper in the Wausau Area, that’s the location on County Road NN in Rib Mountain.
