(WNFL/LEARFIELD) – The Green Bay Packers open the NFL season this Sunday afternoon at Minnesota against the Vikings.
Green Bay Packers coach Matt LaFleur talked about the biggest news coming out of Minnesota the past few days with Harrison Smith signed a new deal to return for his 15th season.
LaFleur talked about the challenges of facing a Minnesota defense in Week 1.
Since it’s been more than a week since the Packers played their last pre-season game, how much more will LaFleur be prepared for the Week 1 game compared to other weeks during the regular season?
LaFleur was also asked when they decided to weekly elevate practice squad guys.
