GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) – Pro Football Focus has published its Week 1 grade for the Packers’ loss to the Vikings on Sunday.
According to the rankings, Green Bay’s top-graded player was wide receiver Christian Watson, who received an 87.3 after collecting six of eight targets for 147 yards and two touchdowns and creating 72 yards after the catch. Their second-ranked player was cornerback Keisean Nixon, who earned a 78.5 after recording two pressures, including a sack, four tackles without a miss, three total stops, and an interception.
The Packers’ lowest-graded players were offensive lineman Donovan Jennings (35.1), after allowing two pressures, and linebacker Zaire Franklin (36.3), who struggled against the run and allowed three catches in coverage.
Jordan Love had a grade of 55.0 in part because he was pressured on 25 of 46 dropbacks, sacked four times, and hit 11 times.
Other players to receive high grades included tight ends Tucker Kraft (76.7) and Jonnu Smith (76.2), safety Evan Williams (73.7), and wide receiver Matthew Golden (72.9).
