HOUSTON, TX (WSAU) – It was another great pitching performance by Jacob Misiorowski that powered the Brewers to a 2-0 win over the Astros. He struck out 8 in seven-innings of shutout ball.
The right-handed improves to 6-2 this season, with a 5-0 record for May. On Sunday he threw 39-pitches above 100 miles-per-hour.
All of the runs in the game came in on one swing of the bat — a 2-run homer in the 4th by Jake Bauers.
The Brewers return to Milwaukee to begin a 4-game series against the Giants. Lefty Shane Droham will pitch on Monday at 6:05pm on WSAU.
