TOWN OF YORK, WI (WSAU) — An 18-year-old man is dead after a crash involving a horse-drawn buggy and a pickup on Friday evening.
According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, a buggy operated by Eli Miller of Granton collided with a pickup near the intersection of Pine Creek Road and Meridian Avenue in Clark County. Investigators say the buggy failed to stop at a stop sign, leading to a crash with the westbound pickup.
Miller was airlifted from the scene to a nearby hospital, where he died from his injuries. The driver of the pickup and one passenger were not injured. Both were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
No further information was released.
