WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — A portion of the Highway 52 Parkway in Wausau will close for concrete repairs.
According to the Public Works Department, the road will close between 28th Avenue and Stewart Avenue for approximately two weeks to allow for the repairs. A posted detour will utilize South 28th Avenue and Stewart Avenue.
The area has seen delays and lane closures all summer thanks to a state project on nearby US 51, including on- and off-ramp work at the Stewart Avenue exit.
