MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) – Joey Ortiz went 3-for-3 and Christian Yelich had 2 RBI in a 4-3 win for the Brewers over the Mets. The Brewers won two-of-three game in the mid-week series, and have won 5-of-6 since the all-star break.
Pitcher Logan Henderson tied his career high with 9 strikeouts. He allowed 5 hits and 2 runs, improving to 4-1 for the season.
The Brewers are off Thursday, and have an afternoon game Friday against the Rockies. Shane Drohan is scheduled to pitch.
